Ruelliar is a so-called "fluffy guy" with no known source as to where he came from.

Ruelliar is often casual and quips with folks around him, and he throws around colloquials all the time ("Gimme", "Wanna" etc.). He goes out to eat fast food, thrifts for humorous and colorful t-shirts and trinkets of his interest, and used to spend time with his friends. Despite how relaxed he acts, he holds terrible grudges with some people he's dealt with before, and despite his reputation..

His mind is as peaceful as a Tasmanian devil. After partnering up with Miss Z. to make the Grindcircus—a secret dark circus that shows entertainment acts combined with torment—he takes frequent visits there.

Appearance

Ruelliar has an overweight humanoid body with fur that is black with a blue hue, with messy hair with a pointy goatee and facial fur. He has darker countershading on his back that's the same color as his pointy eye markings, with a monstrous mouth on his belly that can stretch and open wide, with two purple prehensile forked tongues; all hidden behind the clothing he wears. His face is mostly human except for his goat-like nose, yellowish sclera and red pupils, and he walks on his paw-like feet. He has countershading on his chin that runs down to the Tasmanian devil-like marking on his chest.

Appearance (costume)

His costume has a zig-zag shaped purple and yellow jester hat, purple and yellow striped shoulders and pluderhose pants with bright yellow tights and sleeves. He wears a bright yellow ruff, and has small dark purple ruffs on his ankles and wrists. His purple shoes have dark purple hooves on them. His costume's torso is half purple on his right and half yellow on his left, with one big googly eye on the chest, a dark purple fabric ball underneath the eye, and a dark purple line all around his lower torso; making the entire torso part resemble a face.
