Shrew is a stock character clown that belongs to the secret Grindcircus, played by all sorts of criminals who are forced to entertain by Miss Z. and Ruelliar with life-risking circus acts (although sometimes the acts may not be too circus-related).

They are often hesitant, scared, and sometimes impulsive. They may not be any of these at all, for they have no definitive personality since they are played by different people. The Shrew costume is reused by another criminal, after the previous actor gets gruesomely "retired." They live in cold, claustrophobic cells until it's time for them to preform.

Appearance

Shrew is a costume fit for a humanoid, consisting of an off-white onesie with a big zipper, red polka dots, a thin red tail and four-fingered paw gloves and three-toed paw feet. The mask is a brighter off-white and resembles a shrew with small red ears and white eyes, scribbly outlined with black. They have red pointy clown makeup on their eyes, squiggly whiskers with red pom-poms at the ends, and a red clown nose. Their mask shape has four variations: A mask with a swooped, upwards snout, a mask with a downwards snout, one that is normal-looking, and then another that has a hooked snout.
